The immigration crisis has been a significant emotional challenge for many Americans. It is understood that when laws are not properly enforced, preventable hardships and miscommunications can arise. This has been evident in the enforcement of civil and human rights for American citizens, with Black citizens serving as a prominent example. The misguided actions of early colonists, many of whom were racist, have caused unnecessary harm and confusion to both encaptured Africans and trespassed against Native Americans, ultimately leading to the Civil War, the bloodiest conflict in American history. As more Americans embraced a biblical understanding of humanity, the false claims that Africans descended from gorillas and Native Americans from wolves were recognized as unjust attempts to justify mass murder and the chattel slavery imposed on Africans and Native peoples of North America who resisted white supremacist ideology. During the same period, Spanish-speaking Africans and Central and South American natives, despite many, but not all but many, experiencing freedom earlier than North American enslaved Black people, unfortunately conformed to or assimilated into a white supremacist caste system. This system distorted their views towards their African and indigenous relatives in North America. Fast forward to the Civil Rights Enforcement Period for Black citizens. In 1965, racist Southern Evangelicals galvanized these Spanish speaking groups to serve as a population that would replace the Civil Rights Movement, supported by strategies from the Christian Coalition and the Republican Party over the next 45 years. Notable figures such as Pat Robertson and Ronald Reagan were supporters of the Christian Coalition and the Evangelical 700 Club, which are direct offshoots of the Southern Evangelical Civil Right replacement movement known as the "Sanctuary Movement." This historical context is crucial for understanding the current confusion and emotional trauma surrounding President Trump's enforcement of existing immigration laws. These actions are causing significant unrest across America, prompting citizens to grapple with the moral implications of immigration policies from 1965 to the present day. Many Hispanics who may have initially entered the United States illegally have, within three to five years, become citizens according to our laws. Additionally, there is a complex relationship between some Hispanic communities and Black Americans, often overlooked, that involves alliances with elements of racist America. Citizens from Puerto Rico and undocumented immigrants from Central and South America have sought entry into the United States, with the un-announced goal of becoming America's future minority-majority voter block. This move would strategically change voter demographics, by undermining and negatively impacting African American citizens voting power. This explains how Donald Trump, despite facing multiple indictments, managed to become president of the United States twice. Thanks to the Hispanic vote. This shift in Hispanic minority voting power with the assistance of racist organizations throughout the years was, a dynamic that even Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was aware of before his assassination, as he worked towards justice and equality for Black Americans. Dr. King's efforts have benefited both Americans and immigrants, aligning with Christian values and the principles established by the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th Amendments during the-Reconstruction Period & after—principles not universally adopted by other nations. These Spanish-speaking countries often adhere to a White Supremacist caste system, distinctly different from English abolitionist traditions plus biblical understandings. (And as an immigrant community, Hispanics are not alone in this alternative belief in caste systems.) And this is the problem that provides fodder to the evidence that Black citizens must be paid their reparations. Because Black Americans have been duped by both racist America and all of her foreign allies that date back from today to the 14th century. "The Casta System" May 4, 2020

This report suggests that there is an acceptance of a hierarchy with Whites at the top and Blacks at the bottom, rooted in flawed thinking that fails to recognize the equality of all people regardless of skin color. Consequently, the tendency for Black, Brown and light skinned Hispanic ideologies to align with White supremacist thinking is ingrained in many legal and illegal Spanish speaking citizens and residents. This means a segment of this demographic, which began migrating to North America in large numbers, implicitly and explicitly more than likely complied with strategies to impose population pressure on predominantly Black voter areas, (Gerry Mandering) in agreement with the Southern White Evangelical Movement/Christian Coalition's "Sanctuary Movement." Many Hispanic and Latino children born and raised in America may not have been aware of what their political and church leaders were implementing over the past 45 to 50 years. Initially, many Hispanics identified with Black citizens, sharing a history of surviving the brutal enforcement of chattel slavery by Spanish and European enslavers or colonist. However, the arrival of more Mexicans and light-skinned Cuban immigrants, some of whom historically supported the Confederates during the Civil War and continue to celebrate Confederate ideology, till this day has complicated this relationship.

This may be why Mexico is regarded as one of the primary exporters of human trafficking, as they, like their Confederate allies in North America, view kidnapping individuals from their place of origin and selling them into slavery for profit as if its normal. During the late 70s to 2000s, Americans witnessed a significant increase in the kidnapping of American men, women, and children amid the influx of unvetted Hispanics during the Reagan Administration, which was supported by the Christian Coalition. Many non-racist American citizens were unaware that people from the southern border of Mexico were still involved in the enslavement of innocent individuals. These coordinators of slavery are called "Coyotes," where with a segment presented on CNN's shared Anderson Cooper's empathetic view on illegal immigration. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOWthjWmS2s With many, not all, but many, selling their own children or relatives plus smuggiling illegal drugs during this trek to occupy North America illegally while getting paid for the unrepentant sins of enslavement of fellow humanbeings young and old for profit.

Additionally in connection to the cause and effect of illegal immigration coupled with the drug trade, Americans were largely unaware that crack cocaine, whose primarily ingredient grows in Central, South America and India, could induce four types of schizophrenia in a normal brain. This led to a dramatic change in the personalities of many Americans exposed to crack. Leading to the deaths of millions of Black citizens as a direct result of the crack cocaine pandemic between the 1980s-2010. Another issue is the historical context in which Mexicans reportedly use their children in manipulative ways to pursue their own agendas, and self justification such as acquiring American tax payer resources intended for American citizens can be seen as a problem as more Black and White Americans became homeless as a direct result of over population.

The complex issue of the forced removal of immigrants who entered the country with personal financial objectives almost seems like a failed war strategy mostly operated by non-profits who prioritize the well being of insourced populations over American citizens. This action presents a convoluted and premeditated plan that borders on treasonous activity, exposing the racist plot that America desired to disenfranchise millions of Black citizens on purpose and on a yearly bases till now. Despite the fact that low income Whites also experienced the devastation of crack cocaine plus homelessness in their communities as well. On a deeper level, these hard truths reveals a profound disappointment, as people of color, whom Black Americans have embraced, seem to have arrived with the intent to obstruct reparative justice owed to Black citizens and to undermine the power of the Black citizens rights plus voting power. This issue is exacerbated by the involvement of certain Black churches that aligned with Southern Evangelical fellowships run by TV evangelicals.
These churches adopted or financially supported these fellowships and received training that influenced their leadership for years that positioned or influenced Black preachers to not fully oppose racism against their very own Black people as they experienced the unjust mass incarceration resulting mainly from state-imposed excessive fines that should never, never have been permitted in the USA. But because of this false, and tainted relationship with evil Evangelicals the Black church herself began to fervently aid and support implicitedly and explicitedly the Sanctuary Movement. A movement that was designed to replace their own peoples voting power plus wellness of life as American citizens which is very sad but not totally their fault. Educators would say that this is a result of the mis-education of the Negro in America in the area of true American history not ever being taught to them in a serious manner. It is crucial to recognize that, just as Black Americans were misled by the divisive and oppressive strategies initiated in the Reagan led Christian Coalition Republican Party till today in NJ. These actions stole both the freedom plus rights of Black citizens plus put Black children in jeopardy as America deemed that mothers with young children should go to work and leave their vulnerable children in the care of strangers or on their own. Just like in slavery days here in North America! But let's be clear, there are numerous non-racist White & Brown Americans, Democratic & Republican who were more than likely not fully informed by Confederate-sympathizing Whites about this 50-year plan to disenfranchise fellow Americans. This plan began with the assassination of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who sought to warn America about the threats to his life and the lives of Black citizens in his book, "Where Do We Go From Here? Chaos or Community." https://www.google.com/books/edition/Where_Do_We_Go_from_Here/ka4TcURYXy4C?hl=en&gbpv=0
Peer Review: If You Really Support Immigration, Stop Excusing Chaos

David Harsanyi's article in Amac, titled "If You Really Support Immigration, Stop Excusing Chaos," reflects on the complexities of immigration in America. As a Black citizen, I found his account of legal immigration resonant, offering insights into the sacrifices involved in enforcing legal immigration mandates that keep both American citizens and immigrants safe. Although I found some disagreements with Harsanyi's perspective his article speaks for itself. Harsanyi empathizes with those fleeing hardship but argues that frustration over immigration is misplaced. He supports immigration for economic and patriotic reasons but warns against ignoring the negative cultural impacts of chaotic mass immigration. He stresses the importance of promoting legal channels to maintain America's status as a welcoming nation and warns that current trends risk turning people against legal immigration unaware. Harsanyi critiques the shift in perception of American citizenship from a privilege to a demanded right and highlights the inhumanity of illegal immigration. He criticizes Democrats for undermining public trust in the system and points out the dangers of accepting unlimited refugees. Harsanyi also addresses issues with student visas and the need for the U.S. to set rules for visitors. He concludes that while the U.S. is a nation of immigrants, it must enforce laws to preserve its values and future of immigration management.
